I stayed in a king suite which was clean, quiet, and didn't show any evidence of maid service. The location felt very safe, had what you need for a quick cardio workout, and was close to restaurants and shops. I really appreciated the free parking and free breakfast. The staff, from location to interstate, was friendly, professional, and accommodating. However, there were minor inconveniences in the old part of St Charles by downtown, especially in relation to pillow changes before arrival.
